you could try to change the mirror server you try to download from. Very
likely you try to download always from the same mirror which is maybe
not working correctly at this moment.
When clicking the download button and the Sourceforge webpage is
appearing, then click on "or try another mirror", choose another mirror
near to you and try with this one.

I've no problem to download the file. Maybe just a temporary hickup on the
