<http://www.openoffice.org/api/docs/java/ref/overview-summary.html>

is apparently the correct URL.

The JavaDoc HTML pages can be checked-in to the ooo-site SVN and published
from there via the mechanism for staging pages to the actual site.

Look at
<https://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/openoffice/ooo-site/trunk/content/api/docs
/java/ref>.

A number of us can provide the next steps if you haven't worked on the web
site before.
