I would say "yes" to this question. I'm assuming the qa team would
determine this. It seems only 2 are flagged as critical.
Something I noticed when trying to determine regressions was that in
some comments "regression" was mentioned but the keyword regression was
not used so there may be other regressions that are not tagged. It might
be worth trying to find these and revisit.
