The windows buildbots are setup slightly differently than the linux
ones. We need to investigate why the different options are causing this
mismatch. (???)
Many Apache projects (including AOO) share the huge repository at
svn.apache.org. So if there is a commit in another project then the
revision number of the whole repository is increased. This new revision
number can then be used as an indicator how current a checkout is.
The revision number of the latest commit to a particular project is
another interesting indicator. Unless this particular project got the
latest commit then this revision number is different from the one of the
full ASF repository.
Apparently the Windows build gets named after the revision of the latest
commit in AOO's trunk whereas other builds get named after the latest
commit in the big ASF repository. Both numbers have their merit.
