Thank you for your report. Since the mailing list strips images, can you confirm that you refer to the Forum, where indeed (just trying now, after your report) http://user.services.openoffice.org/ is not properly redirected to https://forum.openoffice.org ? I've notified Infra about this, so this one will be fixed as soon as they can.
Or did you mean another one of the many OpenOffice websites? In that case, please provide the non-working URLs.
