Dear Vendor We are currently running your software as listed in table 1 in a Windows server 2003 SP 2 Domain environment and Windows XP SP 3.client operating system. These are delivered across both fat & thin clients. We are planning to upgrade to a Windows server 2012 Domain and Windows 7 and 8.1 Clients, again utilising both fat & thin clients. To complete this upgrade process we need to understand the compatibility of the software supplied by yourselves. To assist with this, we have detailed the tables below referencing pertinent points in relation to your software in our environment: Table 1: lists the current software and version Table 2: A to E indicates the 5 different system configurations scenarios we will encounter until the upgrade process is complete Table 3: This lists the expected scenarios that we will have in place once the upgrade is complete, in relation to operating systems. Table 4: Is a table to define any Internet Explorer compatibility requirements for the software listed in table 1 Throughout the upgrade process we will be faced with any of the configurations scenarios in Table 2 - A to E. We would appreciate it if you could confirm if the software in table 1, is supported with the operating systems in table 3, as well as any Internet Explorer compatibility concerns in table 4 If any of the options are not supported can you please give recommendations in the comment box, along with any other pertinent comments?
