Actually we've double checked and it seems like we manage well formed
requests correctly, and mirror faults will cause the traffic to be bounced
back through flow. I wonder if the problem was caused by a URL written by
hand, or something like that.

If you have further evidence of similar problems please let me know and
I'll make sure to investigate it.
