Sure, if there aren't immediate improvements the vi forum must be closed again due to lack of active moderators, and reopened once we find new moderators (in light of this experience, we will possibly require more than one moderator).
I see from the forum discussion that first post moderation is now active, but still we will want an active moderator to keep the Vietnamese forum open.
