Terry left all forums with the same configuration, but I have noted, that
later some of the forums have differences (both in config and look&feel).
This is something that in my opinions should be avoided.

forum, meaning all the old spam accounts was active and accepted.

Please remember the forum has to be positively closed, otherwise we have a
ticking bomb. If spammers succeed in one forum, they will for sure try the
others as well.
