Do you mean that people cannot understand that it's responsibility of
the author of each extension to create new releases for OpenOffice 4?
Currently we have this resource:

but I agree that users often do not find it.
Do you suggest that a new page is created and put on the Extensions
site? This is probably feasible, but I don't know if this will be more
visible to final users. Or maybe create a page on the OpenOffice wiki,
where everybody can maintain and improve it, and link to it from the
Extensions site?
