When downloading http://www.openoffice.org/, I get:

===========
<!DOCTYPE html>

<html>
<head>
<link href="/css/ooo.css" rel="stylesheet" type="text/css">
===========

However, for http://www.openoffice.org/xx/ I get:

===========
[an error occurred while processing this directive]
<html>
===========

Note that in both cases the xmlns attribute is dropped from the html file.

Perhaps try removing the DOCTYPE line and xmlms attribute and see if
that has any effect
