If 09/14(Saturday) is for RC1 and 09/16(Monday) is for optional RC2, we will actually have 1 RC and do RC testing for 2 days, from 9/17 - 9/18. I think it's OK for a bugfix release, but it really depends on the quality of bug fixes and the stability of the RC build.
