I solved the problem using this guide:
http://www.cyberciti.biz/faq/how-do-i-install-a-perl-module/
and i install XML parser and the LWP::MediaTypes

as i show on the next link:
http://ooo.pastebin.ca/2390699

....but i now have this problem

checking for epm... no
configure: error: no. Install ESP Package Manager (
http://www.msweet.org/projects.php?Z2) and/or specify the path to the right
epm (--with-epm). Or specify an Url to an epm-3.7 source package
(--with-epm-url)

I had tryed with and without the quotes
