Thanks, that is what I wanted to know. It means that I can act on
"create user" requests, but have no ability to help with create page
requests (I did not check to see if I am able to create pages). I was
removing users manually, as well as pages.

Sorry, it looks like you will need to wait a few days before the ability
to create pages is enabled.

Sorry for the late answer.
We have been under heavy spam attach, they managed in total to create about
60.000 accounts, these accounts create pages, therefore the "create page"
feature has been temporary blocked.
I am right now in the process of cleaning the database, and expect to open
the "create page" feature in a couple of days. I am sorry for the in
convinience, but it was the only way to limit the spam attach.
