Sure, thanks Herbert! This is definitely something we DON'T want to do,
TJ's original proposal (which I had misinterpreted at my first reading
too) was to "remove all accounts that are older than 1 year and that
never contributed content". Surely we don't want to lose attribution of
non-spam content or to merge accounts in an "archive" account.
