Thank you for mentioning this issue Mark.
In my opinion, it is unacceptable to have in the OFBiz codebase content like
the one in OfbizData_NL.xml, which is not really the expression of the
community but that of one of its members.
The fact that we have this code in our repository is a clear signal that the
community didn't do a good job at reviewing the work of some of the committers;
however the situation now is much better and we are getting control back (even
if someone complains about the fact that the project is evolving more slowly
now).
I vote to remove the whole component without waisting more time on this.
