Yes, the ASF policy requires that any code which is contributed has to be guaranteed to be compatible with the project's open source licensing. With substantially generated PRs, this is impossible. AI used as an assistant is much more compatible with this policy.
I think we haven't had too much trouble identifying the completely generated PRs so far, but that is a cool project and thank you for sharing it!
