I went ahead and deleted my obsolete comments (the ones that don't have replies). I agree that we should remove junk from there, and try to button up the last few missing pieces (marked by red "REVISIT" notes). It would be nice to vote soon on making this our official workflow (at least version 1 of it; it can always be improved in the future). Cheers, Nathan
