(By the way, I expect that once the dust settles, we have consensus on a workflow, and we "find our groove," the volume of organizational emails should drop substantially and most emails on dev will center around technical discussions once again. But it might take a while...)
I expect it to die down as well but there will still be a lot of chatter about internal policies and releases which will maintain a substantial volume indefinitely.
