Hello,

I agree that some goals of this plugin do not deliver (
properties:read-project-properties<http://mojo.codehaus.org/properties-maven-plugin/read-project-properties-mojo.html>
for
instance). However, i'm a heavy user of
properties:write-project-properties<http://mojo.codehaus.org/properties-maven-plugin/write-project-properties-mojo.html>
to
extract properties info (even if I actually have in-house changes on it) so
I would be sad to see it die.
