Tibor Digana commented on MOJO-1877 Mapping Locale -> Encoding This is mapping between Locale and Source Encoding. In real the translator in Japan delivers properties file translated from EN to JA including native encoding file. Then we commit all such files for all languages in to the CVS and build the product once and for all languages -not separately. This means that the plugin is executed once and converting all properties files. Is it now more clear?
