actually we dont have to do it transitively, since the plugin itself does not 
do that either.

I am also not involved much with this plugin except for some simple projects 
that i currently have.

zip up the include files is not hard, org.apache.maven.shared's 
file-management, can do that with ease.

the hard part is getting the mojo to pull that down, may be tricky
