I think it was just the "examples.html" page that was left around that was the
problem, it still referred to several GWT-Maven pages and sample projects. I
removed that in src, also removed references to it. gwt-maven-plugin has the
separate different examples pages that are still there and are relevant. Also
I fixed a few typos.
I agree with Murray though, the docs should never refer to an unlreased rev. Is
the current setup intentional or can we just change it to 1.0?
