I've used GWT-maven documentation as source as it was better than mojo one.
* goals are generated from source code and match existing features
* archetype just has been included in SVN but doc still requires updates
* setup has been updated to reflect mojo groupId
* testing support has been adapted to merged plugin parameters
* hosted server configuration still requires updates for GWT 1.6 & jetty
Still have to merge and update samples and FAQ, and fix possible documentation
errors
