[mojo-dev] [PROPOSAL] reduce the S.N.R of dev@mojo.codehaus.org

Any chance we could add an [EMAIL PROTECTED] and move all the jira
mails to that list so that the Signal to Noise Ration for the dev list is
not quite so full of issues?
