Eirik Bjørsnøs closed MOJO-1170.
--------------------------------
Assignee: Eirik Bjørsnøs
Resolution: Fixed
I've now tested that on Linux, the plugin successfully creates a ZIP that when
unzipped on a Mac produces a working Application Bundle.
This requires the user to set the javaApplicationStub plugin configuration
property and point that to a copy of JavaApplicationStub that's included in the
source tree.
I don't see any reason why the result shouldn't be the same on Windows, but
you're welcome to test that :-)
> Make sure MOJO-1117 does not break on a non-Mac platform.

> There is one more thing I would recommend to do in regards to MOJO-1117 is to
> test the plugin on other platforms (not Mac OS X). I had an issue with
> running it under Windows, which I can't reproduce now. A simple change (see
> the attached diff) made it to skip executing it on a non-Mac OS. If this fix
> seems to be an overkill (it makes this plugin a Mac OS only), you should do
> more testing on Windows and Linux. Personally, I think that if I am to make
> an application bundle for Mac, it will certainly be a dmg and not a zip file;
> therefore, I find this solution just right.
