The parameter name outputClasses is a little bit un-intuitive since it is
referring to a directory. The name should be changed to outputDirectory
instead.
outputClasses can be deprecated for the alpha-1 release to maintain backward
compatability. But then for alpha-2 or beta it should be removed.
