i have the same error in a multiproject but only if i build the site ?!
i use teamcity, maven 2.0.8, cobertura 2.2-SNAPSHOT
if i run "mvn clean install site-deploy" locally ... its working fine.
if teamcity runs the command ... the error "java' is not recognized as an
internal ...." occured.
