The Mobling project was certainly one of the most refreshing and innovative
project for the networking/mobile/wireless community...

Nokia, has a track record for developing great mobile hardware, though their
constantly changing mobile os platform has contributed to their eroding
market share.
The recent announcement of Moblin & Maemo/QT raises a plethora of question
on the future of current Moblin open source source status(source code).
Will they allow Moblin source code to still be downloaded, for those that do
not want to gamble on Moblin/Maemo/QT code merge.....

Can one wait or speculate how long it will take to merge (Moblin/Maemo/QT)
and if it is even wise to attempt.... or will this be the decision factor to
go Android?

We LOVE "Moblin" ... can we developer now wait 2 /3 years on a
(Moblin/Maemo/Qt/?) merge? Especially with uBuntu(Mobile) and Android
platform that have and maintain focus?

I vote for keeping Moblin source code available, or a forking Moblin for
those not willing to take risk the success (Moblin/Maemo/Qt) or wait 2/3
years
