I'm not sure if it works like you said, at least didn't worked this way in my tests. But i guess this isn't a problem. Think about this case, 2 guys want to share files using their bluetooths, both laptops use moblin as default system and when they activate their bluetooth, they cannot see each other. Maybe this function to make the device visible could be an "expert configuration function", not easy as a chekbox, and not hard as a command line. got my point?
