Thank you for the useful G Ou synopsis, John. You make a highly relevan
point here, above. It is one reason that the knee-jerk reaction from the
Gartners was extremely negative. It all puts them out of a job. But
they're showing improvement in their understanding.

Ou on the other hand is either a paid attack-man or a garden-variety
example of an entrenched belief system. I argue the former because his
