listed (not a member) with various complaint issues regarding their
deceptive practices.

Assuming that it's legit (which it may or may not be; I sue scam
artists of this ilk all the time and they always have fake info on
their websites), we should have someone from the project (preferably
in Texas) file a complaint with the Texas Attorney General.
