While this is about TCO for Linux in Enterprise environments it could be useful in some markets for OOo. One of the arguments I regularly use in UK education is that there is a big re-ordering globally with regard to using Open Source. Therefore even though it might be too big a hill to climb now to go entirely Open Source it would be useful to get a toe in the water or risk getting left behind.
