just another idea:

why don't we use a general category "Marketing" like these ones?

If we start every page by [[Category:Marketing]]
it will be listed automatically on the category page.

Brilliant! Bernhard, you are a genius.

How about we create an Index page for Marketing?
http://.../Marketing--Index

With the category link this is done automatically.

Absolutely Brilliant. Let's make sure that this page is easy to find. Link to it from the Marketing "wiki home" page.

Can categories have sub-categories? For example, Marketing > Strategy.

For brainstorming, general discussions and first drafts the
incubator seems to me to be the best place.

But if someone wants to create a wiki page on a not already
mentioned marketing theme, he/she could start doing it -
provided two facts:

1. It follows the conventions we are going to agree upon Title "Marketing--[Name of page]"
   first entry "[[Category:Marketing]]" ...
2. Post a link to the new page here on [EMAIL PROTECTED] -
if the list wants to discuss the topic more deeply before
it is presented as "official" marketing page, move it to incubator.

We can relax (2) a little. Replace "move it to incubator" by "add the word DRAFT to the title and add it to the 'Drafts' category".

How does that sound? It achieves the same effect, but it's easier, and it avoids having incubator grow indefinitely.

Cheers,
Daniel.
