And it appears with good reason. The response in question has a <lst
name="str"> section. The code is looking for a float_fd in that section, but it
isn't there.
I found this while converting to DOM parsing. I'll have a patch (that fails) up
in a bit that switches to DOM parsing, but I'll leave it up to others to fix
the underlying problem...
Why IBM J9 fails here and not others is a mystery.
At least that's what I'm seeing now, maybe I'm hallucinating.
