I have ran highlighter tests a 1000 times, each time with a different seed and
*not* using caches (to keep the suite ordering constant).
The tests failed only *once* but this seed reproduces nearly always (passed
once in 24 runs on my machine).

Interestingly, different actual tests fail, but they nearly always do. I have
something to work with now.
