Adding a getTermStates() to the TermStates in a SpanTermQuery would be useful,
just like we have similarly for a TermQuery – LUCENE-8379. It would be useful
for LUCENE-6513 to avoid a needless inner ScoreTerm class when a SpanTermQuery
would suffice.
