Also I'm on the fence if we should support {{hl.simple.pre}}
({{HighlightParams.SIMPLE_PRE}}) and corresponding -post. We probably should
for a better user experience. But support those as fallbacks, as I think the
{{hl.tag.pre}} is a better name.
