The patch removes the duplication of NearSpans(Payload)Ordered, which was only
introduced for to allow better performance when not collecting spans. Removing
this duplication while keeping the performance is very nice.
I also like the approach of leaving payload collection to a SpanCollector, and
I would not mind moving from Collection<byte[]> to BytesRefArray right away.
