Sorry, just noticed its gone - was a little bit behind. In trunk and 4.x we
still have an empty webapp folder in dev-tools/maven. We should remove it!
In any case we should keep the issue open until all instances of the WAR file
are gone! This is really important to prevent people from asking questions all
the time.
