I know solr tests have humungous outputs, but thats not a problem I'm trying to
tackle here (they can just override and set NOISY = true always???)
In this case its just a matter of fixing lucene tests like TestIndexWriter to
be more debuggable. So to fix that i want to remove the leniency...
