The "sdext/source/minimizer/help/component.txt" file needs to be
localized if the extension descriptor should follow whatever OOo itself
is configured to use. I dunno why the .odt files are present, when
they're clearly not used for anything. Take a look at the PDF importer
and Presentation Console. Both also part of the source tree, see the
difference?
the dev's did not use *.xhp files for help but a odt file. Maybe this
can be changed in the near future.
As long as there is no help_<iso_code>.odt file for your lang then leave
it to the en-US one.
