That line describes that, for en-US, the relevant help data for the
presentation minimizer extension is stored in a help_en-US.odt file
somewhere else within the extension.
How this needs to be handled for another locale largely depends on
whether the extension will include such a help file specific to that
other locale, too. Ivo or Sven might know.
