The link to Latvian language pack is also broken.
It reads

But should be
http://download.services.openoffice.org/files/localized/lv/3.2.1/OOo_3.2.1_Win_x86_langpack_lv.exe
Please fix it.

I'm sorry for the confusion. It is actually Jesus Corrius the main
responsible to approve the Catalan builds on the QATrack. What happened
was that it wasn't clear to me whether we have to do more tests at TCM.
the tests would be the ones included in the TCM Sanity Check scenario.
The
builds to test would be the RC2 builds that you can download from
download.openoffice.org and that you want to see officially released and
distributed over the OOo mirror network
