Scenario is a test case container, which group existing test cases and
can be assigned in one assignment. Ex, you can select some cases cross
categories, and put them in a scenario, call it 'release test' or
'feature test'. You can assign the scenario to a tester, like you assign
a category.

Some more new features in new one answered to your wishes,
1. Page related help link can provide more explanations, but currently
there is not too many content there yet :-( Everyone can edit the help
content.
2. Template controlled test report can provide you a customized summary
by category, language or platform.
3. You can assign same test cases to more than one tester

From the current perspective OS TCM seems definately better than OOo
TCM .. but I wonder if it fits our needs.
