I would suggest to migrate OOo to OpenSolaris. In this case, test cases
can be shared. Under new TCM, you can have your own build sequence for
OOo test cycle, each build only contains OOo testing.

Desktop G11n QA team copied over OO.o test cases to OS.o TCM site
several months ago for our integration testing. Therefore, the
updated test cases on OO.o TCM since this initial import are not
reflected on OS.o site. We'll continue to put more desktop-related test

If community decides to migrate completely to OS.o TCM, we can help with

My suggestion is though, that community first determines all the
features that are existing and non-existent in current OO.o TCM that are

the new TCM dB schema best. He can tell what the new (OS.o) TCM can or

Another idea is, if a few OO.o TCM MGR persons are interested, we can
probably grant MGR access to those people for evaluation.

Right, this is the reason and also this is why I would tend to
suggest to have use this TCM for the listed Open Source projects
including OpenOffice.org. Maintenance would be easier. As it is now,
once we add or change test cases in the current TCM OOo tool we need
to transfer the changes to the TCM for OpenSolaris....
Maintenance is much the same as original OpenOffice.org
Localization Testing suite. If we move to this one will yoo provide
a smtooth transfer including all users and passwords?
Yes, I'll try to keep the transfer as smooth as possible...
