I can't help you with compiling on windows (I do mine OOO compiling on freebsd), but thing is you can use .res'es compiled anywhere (e.g., on unix platforms). In my opinion, it would be way easier for you just to look for somebody willing to do this for you on, e.g., linux. Or even, if you are happy with m134, I could change this thing for you in my own build copy and see what comes out.
