This is a different issue.
Ingo is working to automatise the creation of bi-lingual installers for
languages that cannot be installed in WXP, making the installers
automatically bi-lingual for those languages in the normal build.
This other problem occurs when Pavel tries to make the installer by hand
with:
cd instsetoo_native/util
dmake openoffice_en-US_km
Automatising the creation of bi-lingual installers might not work if
this does not work.
