I've noticed when running po2oo that I get the following error just before it exits:
"could not switch language code on instsetoo_native/inc_openoffice\windows\msi_languages\Control.ulf/LngText/OOO_CONTROL_243//"
It's probably been happening for some time and I've just never noticed it before. Does it matter?
