I have: * Updated KIP wiki page so that all KIPs with a target of 0.9.1.0 now target 0.10.0.0 * Filed https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/KAFKA-3275 to track tasks that still need to be done. The next step would be to update JIRA versions as per https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/KAFKA-3276 (we need a committer to do this, I believe).
